At Life & Sea we want to be part of your best moments. As you want this day to be remembered we also offer catering and watersports activities to go alongside with an unforgetable sail.
We recommend a minimum reservation of two hours since it is counted from the departure of the boats in the Club Nautico Arenal (so the effective time of contracting 2 hours would be approximately 1h30m).
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS
– It is recommended to bring swimwear, towel, sunscreen, hat or cap, comfortable shoes and clothing. Also a jacket at the beginning and end of the season.
– We have music equipment on board and various playlists. If customers prefer, they can bring their own music on a mobile device, iPod or similar and connect it via Bluetooth on board. Please be on time (20 minutes before tour departure)
BOOKING CONDITIONS
In order to confirm reservations, 50% of the total amount of the invoice corresponding to the transport must be paid, the
remaining 50% must be paid a maximum of 15 days before embarkation.
The total amount for catering and beverages must be paid at the latest 15 days before boarding.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, and the captain of the boat will decide, the excursions will be cancelled
and LIFE&SEA will refund the total amount of the invoice corresponding to the transport. However, the contracted meal
service will not be refunded in order for the client to enjoy it in another establishment provided by the client.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The costs incurred by the cancellation of the activities as a participant will be charged to the client:
– Cancellations with prior notice between 30 and 15 days: loss of 50% of the amount of the catamaran booking.
– Cancellations with prior notice of less than 15 days: total loss of the amount of the catamaran booking.
– Catering: if the cancellation is made before 15 days, the invoice will be paid at no charge for the client.
– If the cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, the client will lose the total amount paid for catering.
– If the excursion is not attended on the date of the excursion: no refunds will be made.
