RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS:
– It is recommended to bring swimwear, towel, sunscreen, hat or cap, comfortable shoes and clothing. A jacket at the beginning and end of the season.
– We have music equipment on board and various playlists. If customers prefer, they can bring their own music on a mobile device, iPod or similar and connect it via Bluetooth on board.
WATER ACTIVITIES
We offer the possibility to contract different water activities such as Parasailing, Jet ski Banana and Speed boat. If you are interested, we beg you to request a personalized quote.
The water activities services on catamaran Attraction comes exclusively through our company.
We recommend a minimum reservation of two hours since it is counted from the departure of the boats in the Club Nautico Arenal (so the effective time of contracting 2 hours would be approximately 1h30m).
BOOKING CONDITIONS for Attraction catamaran:
In order to confirm your reservation, 50% of the total invoice corresponding to the transport has to be paid at the same moment. The remaining 50% has to be paid 15 days before departure.
– Catering services has to be paid in full 15 days before the departure.
– In case of cancellation of the departure by unfavorable weather causes, and being the captain of the ship who decides, Mallorca Sailing Catamarans S.L will return the total amount of the invoice relating to transport. Not the food service contracted, which can be served in another alternative establishment provided by the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY CATAMARAN ATTRACTION:
When the cancellation of the departure occurs unilaterally by the client, the cancellation costs will depend on the advance notice with which it is communicated:
– In the event of a cancellation communicated before the 60 days prior to the reserved departure, there will be no cancellation fees, only 15% of management fees will be charged and 85% of the payments received on account will be returned.
– Cancellation with prior notice between 60 days and 15 days: 50% of the amount of the catamaran reservation.
– In the event of a cancellation communicated within the 15 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation fees will be 100% of the total amount of the reserved departure with all its services.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In case of inappropriate behavior on board or disrespect to the crew, it will be the right of the captain of the Attraction, to decide to return to port, sooner than planned and interrupting the ride, without the right to compensation or reimbursement to the client.
